Kenneth R. Davis

Founder + CEO

Mr. Davis, a licensed Professional Engineer with a BS from Southern University A&M College, founded Good Success Company in 2002, inspired by faith and family. His leadership continues to drive GSC’s mission and growth.

Debra Davis

Vice President Human Resources & Administration

Mrs. Davis, a Louisiana State University graduate, brings decades of administrative and HR experience to her role as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. She oversees all facets of administration and HR, supporting GSC’s expansion.

Miranda Nixon

Associate Vice President of Human Resources

Miranda Nixon has spent over a decade working in government contracting and project management, developing a deep understanding of the operational and people challenges that come with it.

Lauren R. Davis

Associate Vice President of Operations

Ms. Davis, an LSU and Clayton State MBA alumna, manages regulatory certifications, bidding, and onboarding at GSC. Her background in HR consulting and finance strengthens the company’s operations.

Cynthia Parks

Region #2, South GA & South AL Regional Manager

Mrs. Parks oversees South Georgia operations at GSC, leveraging her diverse management background in customer service and facility management. She leads training, quality assurance, and new account startups.

Thandiway Johnson

South Alabama - Montgomery District Manager

Mr. Thandiway Johnson, District Manager, joined Good Success Company, Inc., with over 20 years of facility management experience. He is the district manager for the South Alabama Region, managing accounts in Montgomery and Perry Alabama.

Wanda Smith

Central Office Manager of Administration

Wanda L. Smith is an accomplished administrative operations leader with more than two decades of experience in financial services, payment processing, customer service, and team leadership. Mrs. Smith brings a deep sense of community, professionalism, and dedication to every role she undertakes.

Tonnay Tucker

Central Office Manager of Accounting

Ms. Tucker ensures smooth office operations, manages accounts payable and receivable, leads customer service, and much more.

Kyle Sellers

Region #2, Macon, GA District Manager

Mr. Sellers, with 15 years of facilities experience, joined GSC’s Macon District leadership team in 2024. He is recognized for his thorough inspections and dedication to customer service.

Whether managing facilities, coordinating staff, or overseeing customer interactions, Mr. Abraham demonstrates a proactive approach that prevents issues before they arise.

Ashley Abraham

Region #1, Metro ATL West District Manager

Mr. Abraham is known for his keen eye for detail, he consistently prioritizes safety, compliance, and quality in all aspects of his work.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media from Valdosta State University and brings a versatile blend of communication, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills to every professional engagement. Richard D. Harkness is a results-driven, relationship-focused professional based in Atlanta, Georgia, with extensive experience in account management, field-based operations, event marketing, and client service. He has a strong track record of managing multiple accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.

In his current role as District Manager for Good Success Company, Mr. Harkness serves as a primary point of contact for multiple accounts, aligning project strategies with budget, scope, and performance goals while improving operational efficiency.

Eric Porter, Partner

GSC - Louisiana & Comnet, JV Director of Facility Maintenance

Mr. Porter, a Southern University business graduate, with additional training at MIT, and founder of Comnet, LLC, Construction has merged with Good Success Company - Louisiana.

Michael acts as Good Success Company, Inc. Director of Marketing and Sales to support the company’s continued growth and strategic partnerships.

Michael Roberts

GSC - Louisiana & Comnet, JV Director of Marketing & Sales

Mr. Robert holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University and a BA in English from Southern University. Michael now joins GSC - LA & Comnet, JV. as Director of Marketing and Sales.
