Monday - Friday 6PM - 10PM Floating schedule between North Georgia locations.

We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician and Cleaner to join our floor team. This associate must have years of floor technician experience, including carpet shampooing, carpet drying methods, stripping, buffing, and waxing floors. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, scrubbing, waxing, shampooing, and polishing to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Carry out carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure carpets are well-maintained.
Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitized regularly.
Handle waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations and company policies.
Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from staff or management promptly.
