We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaner with floor technician experience (preferable) to join our team. The associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various buildings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This associate must have floor technician experience, including carpet shampooing, carpet drying methods, stripping, buffing, and waxing floors. This role is essential in providing a clean and safe space for employees and visitors alike.
Perform cleaning duties in commercial settings, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively within designated timeframes.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
